The promoter Mr. Jayprakash Maurya has been involved in Real Estate and Construction business since 1981. Mr. Jayprakash Maurya’s main occupation is Land licensing between Builders and the Government and all other permissions. He has developed various projects as Partner or Promoter in Thane District. Also the Owner/ Founder of M/s. JPM Properties Pvt. Ltd. is a Company incorporated on April 5, 2007, having its registered office at Thane, Mumbai. The main objective of the Company is to develop a Mega Tourism Project with mixed use resort type facilities, Luxury Star Hotel / Resort with Convention Centre and Layout plots. Resort named “YOG RESORT” started and Manage under company named M/s JPM properties Pvt. Ltd.

Land Acquisition :

The promoters and Co-Promoter have acquired approximately 153 acres (612000 Sq.mts) of land at Village Maneri, Taluka Dodamarg, Dist. Sindhudurg. In which 103 Acres (412500 Aq.mts) Sanctioned NA Layout Plotting project. Plotting project named “YOG CITY Phase I” for 80 plots registered under MAHARERA. “YOG Resort” on 12 Acres (52000 sq.mts) and Remaining land for future developments. The entire land owned by the Company / promoter is freehold without any outside liability.
The land acquired falls on Maharashtra State Highway No. 124, connecting Sawantwadi city via Banda town with Maneri Village and from Goa (North) Mapusa to Asnoda GSH No.1 (Goa State Highway) Asnoda to Dodamarg GSH No. 2. The acquired site is very conveniently located on the border of Maharashtra and Goa and within easy commutable distance from the International Airport at Dabolim in South Goa is hardly 65 km. And north Goa bitches 30 to 40 Km (aprox.) form site. With the new airport planned at Mopa in North Goa, the present site at Maneri will be hardly 28 Kms. from the Airport. North Goa industrial belt (GIDC) within 10 to 35 Km (aprox.) and Degwe MIDC 10 Km from site.
